supras will do 1200bhp with upgraded turbos and cam shaft ;P everything else stock
in your dreams.. if you dont replace the crankshaft bearing it will rip it apart with anything above 600 bhp..... and yes I know this, because I have been rebuilding cars for streetrace for about 5-6 years now..
this is my current project
its a volvo 240, with a V70 T5 5cyl 20 valve engine, pumping out 520-bhp
The car will be given away in 5 months on one of my streetrace sites - 100% free to one of the users

Toss out the rear spoiler and that thing would be a serious sleeper.

...1000HP supra. The answer is no, i have yet to lose to any fool on road, i will win even if i have to crash my car. hahaha
Needs to lose the bodykit and go back to stock body. Supra's are definitly no joke. Strongest engine ever to come out of a factory I reckon, record is 986 rwhp on the stock bottom end, most guys in the 700hp range are still stock bottom end
Oh, and they sound killer with a 5" exhaust. I <3 inline-6
Pretty decent ride...I've got a '04 F-150 shortbox shortcab flareside sitting in my garage...just threw it on bags...about to throw a 520c.i. crate in it... I'll get some pics sometime...i know, its in a truck, blah blah about weight, but with 625 ponies out of the crate, before i supercharge it...It'll be one hell of a groundpounder.
on the road in a city or town, it's not about how fast your car is or how many tuner items you can add to it - it's about who's got the biggest balls. 'cause no matter how fast your car could do in perfect conditions, having traffic, construction and cops around make a race a test of nerve.
