    When you get checks from sponsors in Canada, does US customs open it?

    I got my check from a sponsor in Canada like I do every week via FedEx but this time there was tape on the envelope from "U.S. Customs" - they opened it I've never had that happen in the past 5 years... nosey bastards weird though
