10$ a month for 15gb of disk space, experience tells me that the connection speed is probably a problem. I am a reseller for a company that deliver a really fast connection, I've been with them for 2 years now. Before doing business with them, I tried 6 different kind of providers where I got a lot of disk space and bandwidth but it was sooo slow that I prefered to pay a little bit more and be able to sell a quality hosting solution.
