Check out Canaca hosting - www.canaca.ca (based in Toronto)
They currently host two of our adult sites (Fetishopolis.com and ChamberofChains.com - the latter they've hosted almost two years). For us they've had a great track record and we've been quite impressed with their service, pricing and support. We're currently using their bronze hosting pkg. for both sites.
