No, seriously, what do you do when you really want to tell someone to totally GO FUCK THEMSELVES (or THEIR SELVES or whatever) but then you think maybe, just maybe they're just stupid fucking newbies or even, maybe, god foribid, you've actually managed to get yourself on their mailing list on-purpose-accidentally...but they managed to catch you at a REALLY BAD TIME and just when you're ready to cut them some slack, you see this BULLSHIT:

I worked in a union grocery store for a year. Basically, the only way to get fired (barring total ineptitude) is to do something really stupid like telling the customers to fuck off or steal from the company. So when a customer would berate us, for whatever reason, we would become more polite.
When you want to tell a customer to fuck off you say "have a nice day" and when you want to call them a name you use "sir" or "ma'am."
It works - your coworkers know when you mean "ma'am" and when you mean "bitch" based on your inflection and how much you flash that fake smile.

I still call some of my friends "sir" when I see them and they know what I mean. My Pop (a long time grocery man) does it, too.

Be polite. If they are assholes it may enrage them further but they can't say you did anything wrong. If they are genuine newbies you won't offend them.

Yell at your computer screen if it helps.
Don't type angry.

I do this, I also hit it a lot! Especially when I do something that causes my work to be lost (like not saving)... I often blame the computer. Good thing it's so old and steady it's used to some abuse.

Mishi....... this is nothing, I get things like this and for the most part I ignore them, but when it is just ballsy shit from some kid on an ego trip, I send them an email that would scare most grown men out of their minds........ have even scared myself at times when I reread it later....... but jesus christ, if they are in THAT much need for traffic then they should be more concerned with MAKING friends, not pissing them off by spamming the hell outta them. LMAO
