I am hosting there for a long while and although the support is not that well I think you should consider them.
I have no problem with their support since I speak the language but heh..........
If you are into the market of cheap cheap hosting with no specials I think exmasters could be your choice.

Gotcha. Hit them back as they have 2 or 3 centers around the US and one over seas. They did some amazing stuff for me in the area that we are talking aobut.
