I know supposadely the only place you can legally film hardcore stuff is in Nevada?????
But does anyone actually give a shit?
Uhhhh..... I think you're thinking of California as the only legal place to shoot hardcore.
I use to live in Oregon, and shot all the time. Never had a problem, but I don't know if it was truely legal. Oregon is one of the most liberal states in the country though (that's why Portland has a strip club on every other corner).
it is legal to shoot hardcore in california as long as you have a film permit, liability insurance, and workmans comp on file with the county - most gonzo shooters don't get permits so they might as well shoot anywhere anyway.
Hiring people to have sex in front of you while the camera's running is called "pandering" and in my state is a class 6 felony that carries with it some fines and potential jail time.
Every state in the union, with the exception of California, it's illegal to shoot porn.
Consult your lawyer, as well as your good, common sense, when shooting it anywhere.

Thats good advice. All of it. Also people should be aware that California is the only state where people can be paid for having sex. In all the rest of the states if you even pay someone for sex it is pimping or pandering however you want to call it. Also if you say you are just paying the models travel expenses you have just violated a very old law called The Mann Act. Its like 5 years in prison or a $5000.00 fine or both.
This is all I have found in my research as a our legal battles have gone on.
