    Nothing makes me NOT want to click on a sponsers banner more than...

    When they put fucking sound on them... that has got to be the most annoying fucking thing on this board...

    If i happen to mouse over one accidently, not only do I NOT click or read it, but I refresh the page so it's gone.

      I agree with you100%!!! Drives me UP the fucking wall, to the point that I often leave this board because its the only one that I visit that has sound on their banners.

      When I'm at my computer, I usually have music playing, and nothing makes me irritated quite so much as having a great song, ruined by someone's idea of "good advertising"

          but on the flipside , every once in awhile a good one comes along and makes me want to click it..

                      Honestly, they don't bother me at all. I always use headphones and keep the sound kind of low anyway unless I have some tunes playing, and even then, if the sound is turned up, the split second that my mouse hits the banner isn't something that really bothers me. Like Smokey said too, sometimes there are some good ones that come along...overall, I don't really see what all the fuss is about.
