    Is anyone here claiming money from GOODTHINXX?

    As we all know Goodthinxx went bankrupt. I have a letter lying before me from KSV (Kreditschutzverband) who wants to form and represent a group of creditors to get the money owed.

    If Goodthinxx owes you money: are you going to join this group? And people from Austria, is this KSV trustworthy?

                                                  Anyway, how do you know that passwordbyphone are the same people? And is it the same people or only the same system?

                                                      If they went bankrupt under the old company name btw, I doubt if you can claim anything from the new entity, they are considered 2 different co's

                                                                  Agreed. The dialer biz was full of scammers (auto dialers, non-disclosure, etc). However with the tougher requirements in the UK as well as other countries most of that is being cleaned up. Meaning scammers are getting fucked, unfortunatly so are their affiliates and resellers.

                                                                  Those who dont comply will fall by the way side and imho that's a good thing.

                                                                  Dialers have always been regarded as shady however the cream rises to the top and it still is a good alternative for those sufers without a CC as long as its above the board.

                                                                                          I belive that is the font i used on the logo.... do a google search for futura.ttf and you should find it - its a fairly common font.

While what I asked was if there are people here that are claiming money from Goodthinxx. - See my first post.

                                                                                                                                  Furthermore, passwordbyphone doesn't seem to have any connection to goodthinxx except for Tanja - seems a bit unfair to me to give them a bad name in this thread!
