Did she sign the release? If so, they can do whatever they want and portray her in any manner they chose. Even if she doesn't agree with the portrayal. That's life. Chalk it up as experience and move on. That's all I can suggest.

I had a hard time getting a releases from one girl during a competition, however, it was a part of the agreement to compete. No photographer release no contest, regardless of what she signed for the contest.

Allot of these girls have been abused by other people in the industry. But that's the beautiful part of having good people to go to. It's not so much "what you are signing" it has allot to do with "who you are signing it with".

Good luck to her, the bright side is that her name is getting out. Should be easy to do some conversions.

Come up with original content. Original as in "nobody else has it" and original as in "nobody else is doing it" and she should have no problem building her own solo site.

verbal agreements mean nothing - she should have insisted a lawyer look at the release and made comments that her name cannot be used. Failing to do so - shes at a loss. as was mentioned, its who you work with. If you have serious problems then I would suggest taking it to the courts. I can offer you some great legal services that deal specifically with adult content if you want, but outside of that, what do you expect is going to be done? Take the site down? Not going to happen.

Clients of the site dont care they got their pictures, and the owners have their money. Best to create a site since someone has done the leg work for you in advertising and build saying its the Official site. I still dont see how this affects GFY
