Are there alot of scammers on scriptlance?
well.. are there? i know u can escrow but are u sure you are guarentee to get what u want (exclude quality.. i can understand that is a hit or miss)

It takes a while to get a good coder... but once you do, you wouldn't have to use scriptlance again. The escrow system helps a lot.
