PayPal is stupid - I owe them $1200 in a business acct and have $2000 in a second PayPal acct which is frozen. Sent all the docs they asked for and they said to upload $1200 to the acct that was negative and they would unfreeze the account that has $2000 in it. I told them just to move the money from one acct to the other and they refused to. I still have not loaded the $1200 in the negative acct as I do not 100% believe they will unfreeze the other acct. I think I'll have to run up to San Jose and file in small claims to get my $$.
