    Chris Mallick.... Why???

    You own and run Epassporte, right?

    Why is support so terrible?

    Why would a company that operates like an online bank account (epassporte) not allow you to view past 15 days of transactions?

    Why does your support staff FAIL to read emails (ie their replies indicate they don't really read the emails)?

    Why can personal accounts not send money to a business account?

    I'm just curious. You have a potentially kick ass product that is seriously lacking in some key areas that seem like they would be very easy to fix. In the past few weeks I've seen alot of epassporte complaints (regarding support etc) and yet no reply from you or your crew. How come?

                      What is so crazy is the product is kick ass. It took forever to get it the way I wanted but I love it now. It sucks if I need to change something as I know it takes 5 phone calls on average. No idea why that is.

                                              The only problem I have had is with the phone support. I have never lost it and spoken to anyone the way I spoke to some girl on that support line. I swear she she only knew one line - I wanted to fly over and shove it up her ass, and not in a good way.

                                                          Heh.. the company just needs to setup a payment form.. takes about 2 minutes.. I set it up and I have people Epass me money to my business account no problem.

                                                            I think we're all in agreement that the service is both awesome and much needed. I also think that most of us reasonable people know that they must be experiencing the growing pains. If I could put money on it, I would bet that their business is growing at 5-10% monthly, compounded. That would make for significant challenges to all of their systems - response times, customer service quality, etc.

                                                            I am sure they will pull through this. Epassporte is quite an undertaking and I take my hat off to them for endeavoring to make it a success online.

                                                              its very burdensome to get a business account there. they require all sorts of interesting stuff like proof of your articles of incorporation, bank account statements, etc. I was always turned off by the process. I recently got a personal account, was much easier.

                                                                                  Totally Agree Shap i still use paypal these days as epassporte is such a pain to use. If they copy paypal from top to bottom i would jump ship asap. Good post maybe with this post will see some changes.

                                                                                      I would appreciate if Epassporte would allow the user to view his entire transaction history. Why on earth would you limit the results to only the last 15 that is beyond me.

                                                                                            KimmyKim explained the no transfer between personal and business accounts once, let me try to paraphrase.

                                                                                            Business accounts are 100% funded by wires and therefore the funds are secured, personal accounts have the ability to be funded by a Credit Card and therefore are unsecured funds. They dont want to mix up the funds and have a transaction be reversed so they simply don't want to allow it.

                                                                                            I think I got that right?

                                                                                            The transaction history is HUGELY important, it should be expanded and be available from the minute you opened your account until present.

Makes for confusion sometimes because people must just assume I'm psychic

                                                                                                    If there was competition, you'd see these people clean up their act in a jiffy. Would yuo take shit like this from your regular bank? If they jerked me around with no support and shit, I'd be closing my account and moving to another bank before they knew it.
