Chris why for once, not take time to answer questions one by one ... the problems stated in this thread are NOT related to only one account... it's more like problems 95 % of your account holders will encounter during their journey with epassporte.
|
If anyone does email and gets answers, would you post them here for us ?

I agree with Cory, Personal contact information is a lot better than CHris trying to answer each question on a forum.
BTW, Shaliza is the best ! |

Did you email him? IF he doesnt reply then talk shit :2 cents: don't be so lazy |

On the other hand, imagine how many people would have backed off if he would have just addressed the 15 day issue. I personally dont have any problems with epass myself. Out of the 50 times I have logged into their system to do something only once have I had an issue. I just waited until the next day and then everything was fine.... |
That post by Chris answered none of the questions raised in this thread, I'm quite surprised.

For those of us who tried EP once, and were so turned off by the experience that we refused to use it again - perhaps addressing the issues in a public forum would encourage us to try it again? I have no reason to email Chris with personal info and questions - I just wanted to see answers to valid questions, which might convince me that the problems I (along with tons of other people, as is easily seen in the regular EP threads here) had experienced had been addressed. I know that I don't have any personal issues to be answered - I thought the system was so screwy, fucked up and difficult to use that I just said screw it. I'd think that if Chris wanted people to "come back" or try EP again, he'd answer the questions rather than say "we're moving to a new building and if you have questions, here's my email." :2 cents: |

That's exactly what I would have said if I had had the English skills to say it.. |

If you truly have a problem or issue and you are not just talking shit, email me. Otherwise it starts to look like there are other things going on besides just a curiosity. So email away.... C |

We do a ton of business with Epassporte (100k+ a month)
Shaliza is the best and gets every issue sorted out for us. Chris she is definetely a big asset to your company and deserves to be recognized for that :) |

Good question, but he won't answer this one either, well maybe just another side step reply. :2 cents: |

And why would anyone have to defend you for answering questions? It just seems to me like it would be good business policy to help out clients.. |

Well said :2 cents: |
I have tried quite a few of the different online payment methods (neteller, paypal, firepay, stormpay) and Ihave to say, ePassporte beats them all!!
Neteller charges a % to send people money that usually comes out a lot higher than the flat fee imposed by ePassporte. Paypal have all these ridiculous rules about international accounts and their system has had tons of various bugs....least last time I used them which was awhile ago. The other two, had spam issues and such (esp. Stormpay) ePassporte is awesome for those of us not living in the US but who come there often... :thumbsup Now as for this thread, I have the following opinions: 1) Since the questions were general and applied to ALL users, I think it's more efficient to answer them in one place than get the question over and over by email and have to reply to each one....but that's just me. 2) As to why you can't send money from user to a business account, my opinion (and it's only that) is because business accounts get charged fees differently for processing, so they want to collect on those fees. However maybe there is some different reasons, related to legalities or money-laundering ? Who knows :2 cents: |
I WANT TO KNOW WHY EPASSPORTE DOES NOT OFFER ACCOUNT TRANSACTION HISTORY.
