what are the average salaries in IT industry in United States?
for example, how much win/month a programer or a network/system administrator in New York City?

In NY an experienced network administrator is making about $80k to $90k per year, but that is higher than in other places because NY is so ridiculously expensive to live in.
In Miami it would be about $65k to $70k per year

I personally would not live in NY on less than 200k per year.
If you are making less than 100k you can't afford to live in Manhattan.
