Will Apple Sue Domain Owners For 'IPOD' Domains?
helping develop an iPOD video domain - i know there are a ton of ipod domains out there now - anybody you know with an iPOD domain had trouble from Apple yet?

only problem i have ever heard of was with itunes.co.uk (i think) where the guy who ran it claimed to have developed the itunes name before apple, so he got to keep the domain
