it's not officially out yet...somebody posted about testing it a while ago, I think it was juicy...

You can get it with the $1k plus MSDN subscription... It's kind of kewl because it comes with full versions of everything OS Microsoft produces for testing, plus the SDK kits if your into programming or development in any aspect, this can be very useful.
