I mean you can only go to the adult section with the avs id so a warning page isn't needed right ? What do you guys think ?

If it's the page they get to AFTER they buy a membership then I doubt you need one.

If it's before that, better safe than sorry...

last thing you want is some guy taking you to cort cus his kid was on some seach engine then ended up on your tity filled site so the more warnings the better
protection first =)
