What would you do in this situation?
A payment processor from a year or so ago who went under owed me a SHITLOAD of money. About 2 weeks ago I got a wire from that stated settlement in the notes. I figured they were finally starting to pay it off.
I got a call from the bank today saying they sent in error. The bank said they wouldn't send it back without permission from me. If worse comes to worse I could bring it to court. Now should I tell them not to send it back or should I keep it? Am I obligated to return the wire?
