    Question about amateur Voyeur content

I have seen so many guys going out to street with a camera and filming or taking pics of girls in beach without their consent, is this allowed? is this legal?

what if the girl sees her photo in the internet, uploaded without her consent?

I know for sure that in some countries, it is not allowed.

    But what about the USA?

Why do so many amateur voyeur sites survive after years?

In the US, photos & video taken in public places are owned by the photographer the moment he "fixes the image" (takes the photo). However, in this case, if the photographer takes embarassing photos that go beyond "an individual's reasonable expectation of privacy" then that person can face a civil suit as well face criminal charges.

Some people must know what they're doing because these sites sell and stay alive:

      so, how they do?

they make sign every girl a release? in that case it's not amateur, but pro.

or they don't tell anything the girl?
