What are some good hosting places?

I need php and mysql... and will use about 10-15 gigs a month.

Any places that can offer $1 or close to it a gig, and are good?

I have had a dedicated server with them for about 2 weeks and it's great so far, no downtime yet that i'm aware of and the support is excellent.
