I didn't want to have to comment on this matter howeverI will say this-
Tim is a stand up guy who is getting his share of shit and it's not really fair- THis board is hardly a place to preach morality. Everyone has a right to be happy. All parties involved here are really good people. I know that Bill and Arika had been having their problems-but this has absolutely nothing to do with business. This is a personal matter, period. It should have absolutely no bearing om whether you send traffic to anyones' program involved here. 50% of the successful guys in this biz who are married all are cheating on their wives- to most it's no secret, others have no idea that these guys are even married. Some of these adulterers are the same people who are friends with people making posts here. I wish the best to all involved here and hope this thread takes a psoitive turn Like Juicy coming in here to tell me how much he misses me,and all the chicken parmigiana in San Diego. :-)) |

I'm not a prude, and hopefully not too much of a hypocrite, however, I get concerned when people so glibly accept what has purportedly gone on in this thread (unless of course NY_Tim is just yanking everyone's chain - but I think not, since Bill would have probably chimed in by now).
Sex and love are two different things in my book. Banging hookers while you are married is one thing, but banging what amounts to a buddie's or a business acquaintance's wife is something entirely different. Sure, lots of us shoot porn. Most of it is with performers who are single. When it's not, it is with girls/guys whose spouses/significant others know what they are doing and are cool with it (biz is biz, love is love). Similar rules apply to swinger couples. However, when you have a monogamous good guy, who is apparently very much in love with his wife (and whose wife does not even do B/G in the industry), how many friggin' brains does it take to know that you shouldn't be macking on her - especially if you are only doing so to score some ass or get her to become a performer on your site? If one in the couple has fallen out of love, the right thing to do is to seek a divorce equitable to both parties, and then to move on with your life. That is not apparently what has happened here. I like to think that some people have some morality in this business, and that we are not all a pack of wild dogs. As witnessed by some of the posts, I feel I am at least partially correct. Yes, in one sense it is a personal matter, but when it impacts someone so negatively as it has impacted NewBreed, and some can act so glib about it in the face of suffering by at least one of the parties, then it becomes a public matter. Like it or not, and as dysfunctional as we seem at times, we are afterall a community of sorts. Unless any of you guys honestly don't give a shit who bangs your wife and causes them to leave you, or any of you women don't care if some chick comes onto your husband in an effort to cause them to leave you, then you best rethink your argument. I guess I am one of the fortunate few. I've been married to the same woman, my best friend, for 26 years (we've been together for 28 years). Some of you will never experience that, but I assure you that if you pass through all of life's up and downs with one person as I have, you will have truly discovered what love is. That is a bond that can not be broken. I hope everyone involved can work it out with each other and their own conscience. For everyone else, I say let this be a lesson. Do not trifle with love. There is a time to play and be wild (preferably when you are single), but there is also a time to honor your solemn commitments. Being married is not always easy, and it can be complicated by being in the adult biz. However, do try to have a conscience and think about how your actions can impact others and their feelings towards you, and as much as possible, try to put yourself in the place of others. In the end, we all have to lay in the bed we make. Hopefully it will be a bed filled with love, honesty and mutual respect. ADG Webmaster |

I don't think any personal information should be posted on the boards. The divorce information should have been kept private regardless of the impact it has on your business. It's the old adage of separating business and personal relationships. This way when the personal ends, the business can remain in tact. Regardless, this stuff should have never been brought to the boards.
Although people will say things like "its stupid not to send traffic to people who cheat" and so forth, I look at it this way. If you'd cheat on your husband, I'd assume you'd cheat on your affiliates. |
