I would be highly surprised if you personally invested funds in THK.

As an actuall stock holder- I can tell you that the stock has been lower than this in the past month, so anyone who actually looks at their portfolio might have started this smack talk a little earlier.

I am a fairly active trader, I hold THK long, but it's not the only basket I through my cash into. Like most people who invest, I loke to know what my $$ is doing on at a minimum a weekly basis. To say you were holding this stock and just noticed now shows you're pretty asleep at the wheel or you're blowing wind.

Why would you be highly surprised?

I had this same thing happen to me sold my company to Softnet in 2000 made a fuckpile of cahs and then watched my millions dwindle with the stock price.. Lockup Periods are a bitch !

If it drops hard on the restatement there is gonna be Shareholder lawsuits, I can Guarantee that !

i was trading vclk nov calls at 15 this week. Made a bit of money on the swing there. Never heard of this company though.

I am surprised you bought into THK- I remember you saying it was a worthless penny stock in Vegas a while back- as I said I'm holding long and I am confident it will come around.

Regardless of where your information was obtained from, I was simply trying to clarify that all of the names & shares you listed were not in the process of selling, as you stated, they were just shares awaiting registration.
