Did Cybernet & Insex merge?

Anyone know if Cybernet Entertainment and Intersec (Insex) have merged operations? I was noticing on hardtied.com it has the appearance of a Cybernet site, but also contains Insex references, content and videos and is reg`d to Intersec.

I wondered the same thing for a moment because of the similarity in the new visual appearance, but the backend is clearly not the Cybernet one, in terms of content management. I only wish those guys would license some of their backend scripting.

I noticed that, too. Seems Insex was sold to "Intersec Europe", although the whois info still lists it as Intersec based in NY. I'm wondering if they simply moved it offshore while giving it the appearance it was sold entirely?

But aside from the similiarities in visual appearance between Hardtied.com and Cybernet's sites...Cybernet does have several ex-Insex employees working with them these days (Matt...and a few former Insex models).

Who knows...
