Why would emails from Amex be sent to SPAM?
No i havent added em n such. Using cloudmark safety bar on outlook. Havent added my own filters either. |

just set outlook 2003 filter to high and check spam folder for the first few weeks once you catch the 20-30 emails that get thrown there by mistake you will be fine no need for 3rd party crap.
