                          I agree either you lost backlinks, or google penalized your sites. Make sure your link partners still have your links up and also make sure that you don't have any spammy stuff on your site

                                  make sure you aren't linking to sites that are banned by google.

                                                          Very easy... you linked to a sandboxed site plus you triggered some of their 'ancillary' criteria for detecting SE spam (IPs, timing, cross indexed with crap sites, etc etc)
                                                          No sigs needed.

                                                                          Depends. There are some 3 possibilities 1. your site has been penalised by google for using illegalmethods. 2. your link partners don't link to you anymore
                                                                          3. one or more of the websites you are linking to have been penalised and so did you for linking ot them. So I suggest you check your linking partners pretty often and keep an exact database with all the links/sites etc. If you don't have enough time I can do it for you on a monthly basis. Just let me know.
