    WHITE SOX vs. ASTROS

    Anyone make any bets on the series? or even watching it? I tried to watch it last night, just didn't care enough about the teams. And the Astros look like crap.

              Yea, that sucks. If I lived on the east coast, id never get sleep stayin up to watch sports.

                          going with white sox again today.. pitchers are about even today but its the difference in bats that keeps me with the white sox again... chicago has been getting 9.2 hits per 9 innings at bat, and getting a run for every 1.8 hits... houston has been getting 7.9 hits per 9 innings and needing 2.1 hits to score a run... my mathematical formulas include those stats and others to predict chicago has a 65+% chance of winning this game.....however, home field and being behind 3-1 should give houston more incentive than chicago in this particular game... the problem for houston is, incentive just can't help you much in baseball...

                                          I was rooting for the Astros since I am from Houston but.......it would take a miracle for them to pull it off. I was so pissed, I stayed up late watching that 5 hour 41 minute game! At least the Astros haven't made it that easy, game #2 and game #3 were very close.
