Might help the cause if you added a dollar figure to the request.

This is someone being a jackass. We dont owe anyone anything, and always pay our debts.

This is a perfect example of "slander".

Hope your not expecting to open a business under your name or sig.

very interesting - maybe that was not you, but somebody with nickname "wild-cherries" order design http://www.adultcreative.com/samples/treasurebucks/ and paid nothing. maybe design is shit, but if you promise to pay - why going to invisible and do nothing?

Sorry to say this, but we dont OWE you anything. We are not in this business to be scammed or scam anyone else.

Be careful with your words. Nobody "promised" to pay you anything. Nothing was signed, and no verbal agreement was made to pay you for ANY work.

As soon as you sent that design, you were kicked to the curb. Plain and simple.

You took 2 weeks to send us the mockup. You were hardly available on icq.

We asked for a fucking parrot on the front, and you put up a cockatoo!!!

Your work was unacceptable, and the way you conducted yourself was unacceptable. Plain and simple.

As far as im concerened, you did that design in attempt to win our business for that, and the 4 other sites that we were looking to get designed, and you failed to do so.

                  You are owed nothing.

                  Stick that in your portfolio!!

I'm not sure what the arrangement was between the two parties,
but just thought we'd post our experience with Treasurebucks.
We did 4 new sites and promos for them recently, and didnt have any problems dealing with them, got paid promptly too. And they were nice to deal with.
Hope those new sites rake in some killer sales for you guys!
