It's dust or a sprite of light bouncing off of something. I have been asked this a bunch of times and everyone I have seen can be explained.

Higlight in this pic what you think is an "orb". All I see is dust and light bouncing off stuff.

And when I said light bouncing off of something i mean reflected light off of some surface that may have an anomoly on it. A little more stain in one area, some moisture, dust in the air, there are a ton of things that can bounce funny little light specs at any time, and you just happened to click the button at that exact moment.

I'd say we had a pretty "full" house -- that hallway was a deadend with no outlet. It makes sense things would get "stuck" in that corner --

As you move the camera around, pick it up, put it down, whatever, the dust could shift on the sensor. Sometimes I can pick it up in my preview pic and I blow out my camera and it's gone.

You have seen me, I don't look at no preview pics. I know what you are saying, I am just saying that if you look at the pics, every time I shoot that corner, it has the same orbs. The pic prior and after never show the "orb."

Fire up photoshop or some image app. and circle or point to what you think is an "orb".

I was skeptical about all this for a while now but 4 years ago my aunt died. She had a picture of her and her husband (my uncle) on the table for years behind glass. After she died the image was all curled up, and nobody knew how this happened.
