Legal Question about ad/spyware - GoFuckYourself.com

I just downloaded a program that can detect those programs and found about 6 of them.

Is there any legal action that can be taken against these people?
How many of hits a day are we losing because a full screen opens up over our site.
This pisses me, I never allowed anything to install of that nature. I thought was illegal for something to install itself on your computer without permission.

It found these:

- FavoriteMan Class
- Vx20bj Class
- Ipswitch.WsftpBrowserHelper
- Tracker Class
- WhleHelperObj Class

I disabled those and everything works fine. No random popup ads. The only thing I downloaded lately was a Kazaa update & a few mpg movies... At least they are off my computer, but how do ensure my page isn't popping up windows on people?
