Ah is that the one outside of town? Yep I heard about that one what's their website? The one I'm building is 10million, and now it's up to 11mil! Quite a increase in a year or so. Hey do you golf? What's not to like? Tropical climate, friendly people, exotic food (although there's western food to be had as well), and inexpensive golf.

Tons of hot pu-ying (Girls), too!

food is good, weather is HOT, not many really clear sunny days, but mostly nice outside still, VERY HOT!!! TONS of girls, especially in pattaya, but bkk is great also, lots to see in EVERY place in thailand, especially for a westerner, it is so wierd (in a good way) if you've never been to asia before :thumbsup

oh, thai food there is awesome obviously, and you can always find western food too whenever ya need it. sorry dont know about the golf situation tho

The golf here is excellent.

Courses range from inexpensive to some of the best in the world (thinking of Santaburi on Koh Samui - by far the most challenging course I've played)

Overall, it's the most affordable golf in asia, and female-only caddies!

No problem GoNe there will always be some of us here to hook up with and go out :)

BTW if you don't golf .. and I didn't before I came to Thailand and Gavin got me to go out.. YOU GOTTA DO IT. It's super cheap here and you have to take caddies out with you. Looked at a house on the Phoenix golfcourse, they didn't say the caddies were all 20 year old hotties! :disgust

LOL Krille, would that effected your buying decision? Gav and I wanted to rent one of those places and just chip from like 6pm- 8pm every day. But thats really living far out there, no neighbors really.

Was a bit far away from civilization but i guess it's nice if you just want to play golf all day long :)

Are you in BKK? Whats the closest course in BKK, I checked and it seemed everything was a good 30+ min drive. What about driving ranges in BKK, know of any good ones?

sorry about the late reply... no, i don't golf i just like the place & felt it was a good investment (st andrews is the name of the course). i think i'll take lessons though cuz as i get older, i'll have to move away from hoops to something easier on the knees! :winkwink:
