    The worst fuckin ISP in the world behind AOL

    is COX communications.

    They blocked port 25 on the entire network for over a month because they did not know what to do about spam

          actually, i've never been able to use outlook to send mail because ever since signing up with cox, port 25 has been blocked since day 1.
