VBulletin Admin Options Help...
I've got the option set where you have to be registered and logged in to view the forums and want to turn it off... but I can't find where it is... anyone know?

In the "Usergroups" section, "Usergroup Manager" link...
You can set the permissions for "Unregistered/Not Logged In" users (as well as those awaiting confirmation etc)... specifically the "Forum Permissions" section on that page. HTH.
