Most of the Japanese toliets do. So yes Im there at least once a year. We actually talked about buying one for here at our house in the U.S. Alot cleaner than paper thats for sure. lol

Think there is some confusion about Bidets on here. lol Japanese ones are full toliets with bidet built in.

Others are talking about a basic sink for your ass. Like this.

Japanese ones are built into the toliet seat lid, and the water is heated with several different jets you can use. They also have built in fans to remove odor etc.

So when you talk about taking a shit in a bidet, it would be very embarrasing to do it in the first example, the second example would be quite expected.
