I read a long time ago that there are sites (or software?) that can keep track of all the forums you post in and that send you notification if someone has replied to your topic or a topic that you subribed to. I just searched on Google but I can't find sites that do that. Does anyone know sites that can do this, or software?

Is there also some site or software that can keep track of both forum posts and newsgroups postings?
