              I need to have $600 sent to a client in russia and it would be awesome if someone from the us could do this online. I need to have it done asap.

                      You probably can't do russia online. Lots of countries do not work online.

                          the whole world....I had to do it once to Romania and I couldn't do it online. All I had to do was find an outlet and there are tons of them and go in with my money, I had to pay cash...no cc payment in person.
