Hoodia? Any opinions?
I'm just watching this piece on Hoodia.
I can say that exercise along with Ephedra helped me. Since good quality epehedra hasn't been available I've been looking for something effective. I know ephedra is available again, but the big manufacturers who put it out before and aren't now.

Thanks, I'm okay with places to find it.
I'm looking for opinions on if anyone has used it and if so what the benefits/effects were. Did it have an effect, was it more of a placebo?
