btw, i asked them about it. Here is the answer.

The simple explanation for why we?re not selling to new customers is this: We?ve grown very fast over the last year and in order to avoid problems with service to our customers, we?re slowing it down. Our commitment is to our current customers. We want to keep you happy and up and running while we work to manage our next stage of growth. We are building capacities and enhancing existing automated functions so that when we open the floodgates again, we will continue to meet demands while providing the customer service you all expect.
