I Have A Problem - GoFuckYourself.com

Ok, so I live in Bangkok Thailand and I can't seem to stay away from the nightlife. It's like Heroin! And for anyone that has ever experienced the Thailand scene can justify this statement.

Problem is, I need to know what to eat, drink, or do when I come home drunk off my ass so that the hangover the next day isn't so hard on my body/soul.

Someone please give me a remedy to handle the drunkenness that I endure 2/3 nights each week.

4 raisins, 2 yogurts and I'm good? A shot of cranberry juice and two Excedrin? Someone here must have came across a secret recipe for the night before the hangover.

Oh I can drink! I can drink anyone under the table bigtime! It'a about the 'day after' I'm concerned about. No one can escape the hangover! Just looking for a remedy not a cut down! I ain't got time for stupid remarks!

Downgrade to beer, boy. Leave the heavy stuff for the men.

Well first, if you aren't mixing up different kinds of alcohol, or alcohol/beer, you won't get a hangover. IE. You can drink a bottle of whiskey, but if you don't mix it, you shouldnt get hungover.

However if you do drink like mad, then here's some tips:

1 - Drink a LOT of water before sleeping. LOTS.

2 - Eat something that will make you sweat it out. IE. Super spicy mexican food, nachos covered in spicy sauces and lots of vinegar, etc...you can pretty much mix anythign up and eat it if you got sauces/spices.

forcing yourself to puke (with 2 fingers in the throat) before going to sleep helps a lot!
all the toxins and so on are thrown out, also there is no more alcohol in your stomach
try the next time, you will feel much better on the morning!

The best cure I've ever found for a hang over is drinking tomato juice. I know a lot of people don't like how it tastes but it's works like a charm for me.

I used to drink like a mother fucker....then in jun 2002 never drank again & it was easy for me, never looked back & sure damn dont miss it.

when your mind tells you that you wont have fun unless you're drunk, then yes, you do have a problem.

Eat pizza or something else with a lot of bread AFTER you're done drinking, and drink some water (or juice).

Hangovers are caused by dehydration.

I think it's the cheap liquor that the beer bars use to make their drinks. There's no real top shelf alcohol in the go go's.

Spicy food? I'll have to try that. There's plenty of it here! Thanks for your advice!

I sawy one episode of CSI Miami where alcoholics were made to see dead bodies of people who were driving while drinking. maybe you can try that one.
