ePassporte!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just curious if anyone from ePass is working this weekend that might be able to help me out with a question or 2? I have spoken to Customer Service, unfortunately, the person I spoke to was reading from a sheet or something. Generally I have no problems, but this time, nobody seems to be responding to my emails and the phone reps are a bit clueless. I sent Chris an email, but I don't suspect he will be around until next week....

Hoping someone checks the board periodically.

My problem is not logging in (although, I did have a bit of an issue yesterday). My problem is the fact that they can't make up their minds whether or not the limit per transaction a day is $500 or not. It's confusing, one day I can spend well over $1000.00 on it, then another time I can't and the Customer Service guy saying "Sorry, but your limit is $500" And not being able to explain why the other day I just spent over $1000.00. Whether it's a $500 per transaction limit or what....It makes no sense that I can spend well over that limit one day and then not the next. I just need an answer regarding that, as it can cause a major embarrassment when at a store trying to use the card for a transaction that you were able to do a few days prior. ARRGH (Christ, it's a loaded card and one should be able to access the funds in any amounth IMO anyway)! But as suspected, nobody will be able to answer until next week and I am sick of speaking to the Customer Service Reps there, most times they are useless.

ok heres the low dow..

There are limits on all aspects..

you should see something like this in your card area

Virtual Card - 4583924061278392 Daily Max Remaining

Daily Load Limit $2000.00 $2000.00
Received Transfers 5 5
Single Transaction Amount $2000.00
Number of Transactions 10 10

That will tell you your limits..

i think on a base account its 5 atm uses , 5 transfers , and 5 for spending. and none can total over $500 and they together cant total over $500

If you fax them in some info they will raise that for you..

This is what my problem is. I can do it sometimes and then not others. I would like an answer from them as to why this is. As you can see from the above post, I have spent $500 at a few different stores the same day, totally way over $1000, and then I have the rep telling me that the limit is $500, it's ridiculous to say the least.

They sent me a corrupted file too lol. It was suppose to be the forms. Either way, I need to know the answers to the above question.

I think I saw someone mention once that their spending limits reset between 3 and 4 pm everyday. And this would make sense because I have had trouble pulling out money through the atm in the am, but then have it work in the afternoon. And that is when I pulled money out the day before, as in the amount has not reset yet.

So maybe like you spent money twice in one day but it worked out to be over 2 days in their system?

Hmm who knows lol. I had like 3 transactions for over $400.00 each in a matter of 30mins. It was a mini shopping spree. I didn't go to use the card at another store until last week, so it was really a week apart. I just don't know wtf to think lol. Either it has a set limit or it does not, I don't appreciate it picking and choosing when it's going to limit me and when it's not.

Thanks for the wishes of good luck lol. I am going to get an answer one way or another....well I hope so anyway.

OK no sooner did I just make the last reply I got an email from ePassporte. As it turns out, I could have made several transactions for $500, but a single transaction was not to exceed $500. And they just increased my limit per transaction aswell so I never have to worry about this again. Thanks a bunch ePassporte I totally appreciate the email and the mucho increase!!!!
