Just watching the news and things look real bad there. Expected to hang around for 24 hrs. Hope everyone there got out and is safe as it came ashore with 140mph winds.

Saw that too. Damn, Hurricane Roxanne fucked me up while in Cozumel back in '94. 6 ft. water swells...dogs swimming up the streets...damn

We evacuated yesterday, but know our place is probably gone...We lost contact with all our friends who stayed. Last talked to anyone over 6 hours ago. At that time he said the hotel had lost alot of the front and was in the process of being torn up in the back and water was coming in from the street.
This is so fucked up.....
