well the pay depends on the sets and how we choose to buy the liscense we buy all different types according to the work and set on an individual basis.

as far as what we are looking for the Magazines are titled 40+ , 50+ , and Kinkyneighbors ( a fetish / 25 and up age type of magazine.

we are looking for sets of 50 images both film and or digital, digital is preferred if you have the right equiptment to get the big high res shots. otherwise we need film ( chromes)

we have the digital stuff in 3048x2072 older pics and 3504x2336 for newer stuff
Also have a lot of stuff on chrome slides.
Deal depens on - you like something + you offer the ussual US print rights price.

The Magazines are already established not new pubs titles are 40+, 50 + , and kinky neighbors. 750,000 is a factual in circulation every month number.

of course for agents I run www.earlmiller.com too and Earl shoots for many of the biggest mags arouind and has for 30 yrs.
