Local businessman's death confirmed
Plane crash victim was Zinn

A Florida crime lab used dental records today to identify the body of an Ulster County businessman killed earlier this week when his Cessna crashed into a house in Port St. Lucie.

The identification was made early this afternoon by the Indian River Crime Lab, said Officer Robert Vega of the Port St. Lucie Police Department. Zinn's body was then released to his family, Vega said.

Police have now turned the accident investigation over to the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
