I believe he had jacked Trey/epic of some emails and/or cash, was trading/selling a stolen list of CE's that they found out about, worked over ebay a few times and MANY MANY other things I had heard rumor of.

I am surprised that nobody was shocked by the exceedingly light sentence of 30 months probation with no jail time for committing multiple felony offenses by a person that has had multiple criminal convictions in the same court. The unusual number of continuances in this case also should raise an eyebrow.

Based on his previous actions it is safe to assume that Eric Suchomski again has worked as a police informant for the Champaign Police Department in order to receive probation and no jail time for defrauding five different people across the United States. The State's Attorney in Champaign County has shown that you can repeatedly steal from as many people as possible and get away with it as long as you work with law enforcement to rat on other people when you get caught.
