what those 2 said ^^
this board doesnt have the PM feature on, so just ask someone how they can be contacted or look at their profile (they usually have a webpage or icq listed).

They should really turn it on.. and let the user have the ability to 1. Block 100% msgs 2. Block from anyone that's not on their friends list 3. Block from people with < 100 posts or 4. Turn it off
