I really liked the Terri Schaivo/PSP one too. They can pump out an episode in 2 weeks time with current tech. It's amazing.

The hurricane Katrina feel of the episode was great.

Satire via South Park, satire via The Daily Show and satire via The Simpsons(to a lesser extent the past few years).

Satire has a way of cutting through the bullshit and spin to expose things how they really are in a funny, yet incredibly intelligent way. In addition to being superficially funny all the shows I listed have a lot of nuance below the surface.
