used my icq method in 2 weeks I had 500 hits a day uniques. Then I plataued. No search engines, spam, nothing. Everyone on my list is a friend or connection.

Anyhow,... You may have a matrix and lots of ICQ people, maybe not even spam anyone, you may get lots and lots of traffic and affiliates signed up under you even....

The REAL QUESTIONS are:

How many that visit your site will sign up or really click the links, rather than just taking a quick peek at what you've done so they can reply with a quick, "yep, been there, nice mate"...

How many that become affiliates will actually be-able to sell porn, as opposed to trying to shortcut, thinking that if they get enough affiliates under them then they'll make money,(porn often doesn't have as deeper referral programs as mainstream) .. You even seem like this is what you are attempting, "If you build it they will cum...", maybe, but WILL THEY BUY... Or just suck up all your bandwidth and put you into MAJOR overages.

This isn't like normal goods, most of your affiliates that do signup under you won't buy anything that they sell... It's not like, for a simplistic example, selling Amway, where each few affiliates may buy something for themselves, even if it's just that AMAZING DISHWASHING LIQUID.. LOL :evil-laug

How much bandwidth have you estimated on requiring, what hosts are you looking at. [Adult hosting, or mainstream hosts that allow adult content charge higher rates than standard hosting] ... Have you researched all about hosting and what you can afford and what overages would be acceptable to still making a profit??

What about when sponsers may shave or stiff you, what about billers that lose track of signups... Could you afford to spend money and maybe not see it returned, or returned late or incomplete due to biller errors or the like... Your hosts won't like any delays in payment, hell if you're late they may even be mean enough to not even try working with you to resolve things and just put up a porn 404 page for themselves to make money off what traffic is still trickling to your domain.

What if most of your matrix that you MAY have used for other things,(I'm assuming it's not making any real money on the web, else you wouldn't be looking here now, instead you would still be consentrating on building the mainstream matrix and reaping the money) don't like the idea of advertising porn, don't wish to build adult websites, don't know how to market adult products.

Oh Yeh... And what if you may not spam, but they do... The adult arena is much less tolerant of spammers and they lose money earned through spam often before the 1st check is even sent out :)

Am not trying to scare you off, just get you thinking a little more deeply.

You may get,(with fingers crossed and eyes closed while praying desparately) each unique to your site to click 1 blind link for 3-4 cents,(most blind from what I've seen are 4 cents or below... NOT 10 cents) .. But what if they like the quality of your normal links that clicking on them sucks on average 4.X+ cents from you in bandwidth.

Now you reduce the quality of your other links to try to make some money and lose traffic when they start to get jerked around, they tell there mates,(like a good word of mouth matrix) and now you end up with barely any traffic... Once it's gone you can't use the matrix again... You'll need to find another few hundred friends to send your friendly please visit messages too.

I hope you do succeed, but it's not as easy as you think, and you really need to do some proper research 1st or you may end up burned BIGTIME on bandwidth with overages as just 1 little example.

By the end of week 2 I was already making 6 bucks a day. What happned. I didnt get paid. Naturally i felt the porn world was over saturated and one big scam.
