To lose weight - lift weights! I started lifting about a year and a half ago. I'm in the best shape ever.

I recommend Body for Life by Bill Phillips. He is a little wacko but his program is a good start. :)

A 30 to 1 hour intense exercise every morning will do.

Why do people quit their exercise regimes before they come even close to meeting their fitness goals?

Some people find weight lifting and jogging boring as shit.
Some people aren't very self-motivated.

My advice is to start training at a club, boxing/kickboxing/wrestling/jujitsu/dance/etc.

If you can get addicted to exercising becuz you love the activity, you will find it much easier to get in shape. You might even start weight lifting or jogging to compliment your chosen activities.

My Advice: Wake up every morning, run 2 miles, do 100 push ups & sit ups, lay off soda's and junk food, when you want sweets eat fruit or a little asian with small hands!

You will lose weight :)

Not sure for you Fuzz, you might be better served by asking for help from Venus. She's a pro, her diet is nuts.

The advice of 3 x Sets of 4-6 reps (always to failure, no more than 7 reps) is for gaining size, mass. Two minute rest between sets, etc, etc. If you want more size, then by all means... :winkwink:
