I have had my site up for 2 months and has been hit by the Googlebot 239 times but it's still not indexed. Not one single page.

If I type just the domain name with no "www' or ".com" then searches come up but its the sites that my adwords showed up on.

Did you buy the domain from someone? Maybe it was previously blacklisted.

Bought it from Godaddy and from as much as I can tell it has never been owned.

Also, like lets say one of your pages from another domain is listed. If you make the exact copy of that page i dont think google will list it.

That could be it. My secured pages have the certs on the host server so when they go to make a payment it goes to their [my host] domain. Once they're in the secure area then the pages are identical but only with a different domain name (https://secure.myhostname....).

You could be on to something.
