Canon powershot elph???
I just got one for my birthday and I got videos I wanna upload but for some reason I can't get it done ...
can anyone help me??

ummm???
should just be able to plug the camera in, browse it, and copy them over, just using windows explorer... I never installed any of their software for mine  |

If you do not have proper 2257 docs you cannot transfer the videos.

Actually, using the Canon software y ou should be able to find the videos in the same folders as the photos and transfer them.

ok I just figured it out...call me a lil slow..these things come with handbooks 10 x's larger than the actual cam!

I ran into the same issue with mine. You have to use their software to pull them out, it is like they don't even exist when you look on the card.
