Well for me it brings peace of mind, not happiness per se. I'm not that materialistic, I only buy stuff when I need it. I rarely spend money on some kind of toy,and still live way below my means, because I don't want to live a higher standard. Oh well, alot of stuff made me far more happy than money (been pennyless and rich). But I do love making money!
